Equip The Disciplemakers

Invest in the mentors and leaders who walk alongside young adults in their journey of faith, purpose and responsibility.

Equip the Disciplemakers:

Every day, our host couple and staff pour into young adults, guiding them in faith, life skills, and character. Their work is life-on-life discipleship — the hardest and most transformative part of spiritual formation. But they can’t do it alone. You can come alongside them through a monthly or one time gift that equips, trains, and sustains those who disciple the next generation.

  • $50/month – Resource Provider: Provides books, curriculum, and practical tools for ministry.

  • $100/month – Training Partner: Helps cover a disciplemaker’s annual development and training costs.

  • $250/month – Growth Sustainer: Supports ongoing professional and spiritual formation while offsetting living expenses.

  • $500/month – Ministry Underwriter: Contributes directly to a disciplemaker’s salary, freeing them to focus on mentoring.

  • $1,000/month – Lead Partner: Fully equips one disciplemaker with training and significant salary support, empowering long-term ministry impact.

Your partnership ensures these disciplemakers are prepared, resourced, and supported to transform hearts and lives. Join us in investing in those who invest in the next generation

Equipping the disciplemakers

For 8-9 months, young adults (18-23) live in intentional community with mentors, deepening their identity in Christ, learning life skills, and building a faith that is truly their own. They reflect, fail forward, and grow in mind, soul, body, and heart.

As Dallas Willard warned, the church often omits the hardest part of the Great Commission: the day-after-day, life-on-life discipleship that transforms hearts.

There is a reality to this kind of transformation:   to steward this calling well long-term, we need key leadership who can guide spiritual formation from application through launch.

Each year, young men and women come to South Fork, Colorado for a transformative 8–9 month journey where they practice how to be before deciding what to be. Guided by our host couple and discipleship interns, they establish rhythms of prayer, work, reflection, and shared life. They become Rooted in Christ, Grown in Community, and Launched with Purpose.

Disciplemakers are the cornerstone of our mission. Without healthy disciplemakers, The Gap at Sawmill Meadow is just a program. True disciplemaking takes people committed to the long game of growing healthy followers of Jesus.
