Choosing a non-traditional path after high school to pursue Jesus first takes boldness. It takes boldness from new adults and boldness from parents who can encourage a different path. If you are a youth or young adult leader who would like more information from the Executive Director or other GAP staff, send me an email and lets talk.

Topics we can present with information about TGSM include:

  1. The transitions that Gen X and Gen Alpha are having to navigate that their parents couldn’t even dream up and why The Gap might be a good solution.

  2. Tammy is a Certified Working Genius facilitator. Learn how Working Genius helps put language around work strengths that translate well with identity.

  3. Parenting and the β€œMentoring Mindset” - In some ways, parenting, mentoring, and discipling are different audiences that are targeting transformation. Learn how they overlap, a few techniques to think about your role in someone else’s transformation, and the role of TGSM in transformation.

  4. A faciliated discussion about the venn diagram of Discipleship/Purpose and Responsibilty/Adulting. Learn how time at TGSM allows for time and space for Discipleship and Responsibility to overlap.

Pastoral/program director

The Gap at Sawmill Meadow is hiring for a Pastoral/Program Director. The ideal candidate has experience with young adult discipleship programming and implementation as well as experience with operational aspects of nonprofit management and management of a small staff. The ideal candidate is willing to relocate to South Fork, CO but will consider applicants who are not local to South Fork.
